Terms and Conditions

RETURNS:

Stocked parts and cores must be returned within ten (10) days of original invoice and in
returnable condition. Returned parts must be in original OEM packaging and not installed.
A 20% restock fee applies to all returnable parts.
All sales are final on installed parts, electrical parts, special order parts, clearance and non-
returnable parts.
Stihl & Echo power unit sales are final.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
Special Order parts require a 50 % deposit.
Warranty parts are subject to the policies of the manufacturer.
Cash or check refunds over $200.00 may take up to five (5) business days.
All parts being shipped out of Florida Coast Equipment are FOB.

PAYMENT TERMS:

All invoices must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice date or the account will be
considered past due.
If an account remains overdue for more than forty-five (45) days, no further credit will be
extended until the account is paid in full.
If an account is overdue sixty (60) days, the account will automatically be placed on
converted to C.O.D. status.
A finance charge of 2% per month will be assessed on past-due balances if not paid by the due
date. Applicant agrees to pay in full all assessed charges on unpaid balances.
If any portion of an account is referred to a collection agency or an attorney for collection,
Applicant shall pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees and costs associated for
such collection.
