Parts Return Policy
PARTS RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Stocked parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of original invoice and in returnable condition.

Returned parts must be in original OEM packaging and not installed.

A 20% restock fee applies to all returnable parts.

Cores must be returned in original box and subject to inspection and OEM guidelines for credit.

All sales are final on: installed parts, electrical parts, special order parts, clearance, non-returnable parts

Stihl & Echo power units; all sales are final.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Special Order parts require a 50 % deposit, and subject to restocking fees.

Warranty parts are subject to the policies of the manufacturer.

Cash or check refunds over $200.00 may take up to five (5) business days.

All parts being shipped out of Florida Coast Equipment are FOB. Buyer assumes ownership and responsibility for parts as soon as they leave the seller’s location.

Effective January 1, 2026; a 3% credit card fee applies on all charges paid with a credit card
